REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@krepta.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We'll provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within the United States.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and handling costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@krepta.shop with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, with no restocking fee applied.
